Next Day Dispatch: We strive to dispatch most orders within 24 hours of order placement.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within India.

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.

Rest of India: 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal handling fee may be applicable for COD orders, which will be calculated at checkout.

5. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our art pieces.

All items are wrapped in multi-layer protective packaging (bubble wrap, thermocol, and sturdy cardboard boxes) to prevent damage during transit.

Fragile items like backlit wall art and mirrors are given extra protection.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged on Arrival: If you receive a damaged product, please do not accept the package if the outer box is clearly crushed or tampered with.

Unboxing Video: If you accept the package and find the product damaged inside, you must provide an unboxing video as proof to claim a replacement or refund.
