Return & Refund Policy

At SS Art Gallery, we want you to love your purchase. We strive to provide high-quality wall art and home decor that arrives in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise during transit.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We have a Friendly Return Policy that covers:

  • Damaged Products: If the product reaches you in a broken or damaged condition.

  • Defective Products: If there is a manufacturing defect (e.g., backlit art not lighting up).

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you received a different product than what you ordered.

Please Note: We do not accept returns for minor color variations (as screen displays vary) or "change of mind" after the product has been delivered.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

Since our products are fragile (frames, glass, electronics), we require a clear unboxing video as proof of damage.

  • The video must show the unopened package with the shipping label clearly visible.

  • You must record the entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.

  • If the product is found damaged inside, this video will serve as valid proof for a quick replacement or refund.

  • Without an unboxing video, we cannot accept damage claims.

3. How to Initiate a Return

If you meet the eligibility criteria above:

  1. Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your Order Number and the Unboxing Video/Photos of the damage.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is picked up/received by us:

  • We will inspect the product to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, etc.).

  • For COD orders, we will request your bank details to transfer the refund amount.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
